App doesn't work anymore. Any time I try to open the app I get an error message about "the content you are trying to view is currently not available. please try again later." It sends me push notifications but tapping on them just brings up the same error message. I've force quit, cleared the cache, deleted all data but nothing works. I'm just stuck on the Samsung logo splash screen.

App worked for years. No longer works website does not work either. Same issue many others have, still not fixed. Clearing cache and restarting device does nothing. Customer support was contacted 2 weeks ago but does nothing to help. They send generic AI troubleshooting steps, minimize the widespread issues with the app discussed on reddit and Samsung forums and do nothing to help.

overall app is good. easy to navigate. if you're a veteran you can sign up for discount and always applies it. can easily set up trade-in. with the latest update, the cart doesn't show when you have something in there. If you happen to leave the app in the middle choosing a product, it doesn't pick up where you left off. have to start all over again. that's why I marked it 3 stars. that's shopping app 101 design.
